11. Payment Terms

- Remaining instalments are billed automatically every 30 days
- Payments must be made in full according to the agreed schedule
Late Payments
- Course access or assessment marking may be suspended until payments are up to date
- A late payment fee may apply where permitted by law
- Interest may be charged in accordance with applicable Irish legislation
- Certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received
12. Student Conduct
Students must:
- Behave respectfully toward staff and other participants
- Follow all programme policies and procedures
- Attend sessions or placements as required
We reserve the right to terminate enrolment without refund in cases of:
- Abusive or threatening behaviour
- Serious misconduct
- Breach of programme policies
13. Work Experience Terms
Where work experience is included:
- Placements are primarily educational and may be unpaid
- The minimum placement period is typically 12 weeks
- Participants must complete training and assessment before placement begins
- Absence without approval may result in termination
Placements are provided for learning purposes only and do not guarantee employment.
14. Career Support
Career support is provided after successful completion of training and work experience.
This may include:
- CV and cover letter assistance
- Interview preparation
- Professional references
Career support marks the conclusion of programme services, though additional guidance may be provided at our discretion.
15. Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint:
- Contact us to attempt informal resolution
- If unresolved, a formal investigation will be conducted
- A written response will typically be provided within 20 working days
You may request a review if dissatisfied with the outcome.
You also have the right to refer complaints to relevant Irish consumer bodies where applicable.
16. Cancellation and Refunds
In accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection law:
- You have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment (cooling-off period)
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing
If cancellation is approved:
- Fees may be refunded minus any proportionate charges for services already provided
If the cooling-off period has passed:
- The full contract balance may remain payable, subject to applicable consumer law
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer legislation.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Other unforeseen circumstances
